My computer recently crashed and Windows repair, (Windows 7), said it was unable to fix the problem, but when I rebooted every seemed to work fine except the desktop is now black. I tried going into the Personalization screen to change it and nothing happened. I tried changing the theme and it would change everything but the background. When I opened the window to choose a new theme, all the themes are showing a black background except 5 themes, (out of 38). Even if I choose one that's showing a picture it still won't change. I tried choosing something from MY PICTURES but would get an error when I tried to set it. The error message was "This image can't be set as wallpaper. An internal error has occurred. I've tried using system restore but that fails every time. Everything else appears to work fine so far. Any ideas would be appreciated.
