Pain in my chest when bending back?
So I was in gymnastics before but then I quit. Now when I do my bridge and come back down I have a burst of pain in my chest. I'm healthy with a normal weight. this is really bothering me. Please help

If it continues to hurt after you quit the exercise you might want to check wit your physician, but back pain without other symptoms does not always mean much. Could just be strain.
