We don't have the figure you have. But if the RMS is throwing you off, then RMS is the root mean square. It's essentially the average voltage but instead uses squares because the average of an ac voltage (a sine/cosine wave) would be zero otherwise. So given an RMS voltage, just find the current and you'll have found the RMS current.
As for the limit of high and low frequency, look up high pass filters. They might be what you're looking for.
i don't think of so, properly a minimum of any time quickly. Scientists have a theory of international warming, the reason for snow. And it has no longer lengthy previous uncontrolled yet, so that you've not any further something to worry about.
