It's hard to diagnose a puppy, many things could be wrong with them at such a young age. I would call a vet, they'll try to help you over the phone, but in the end they'll probably ask you to come in, which is your best bet.
Definitely to the vet ASAP. Realistically, it might mean the difference in her living or dying. In the meantime, she needs to be kept hydrated, and the vomiting stopped. You can give her Pepto Bismol (about a half to one teaspoon depending on her size) to try to stop the vomiting, and possibly prevent diarrhea. Take her temp if you have a rectal thermometer (should be 101). About 30 minutes after the Pepto, try to get a little Pedialyte or Gatorade down her. Use an eyedropper or syringe, or even a teaspoon, and give just a little. If she keeps that down, wait another 20 to 30 minutes and try some more. I hope you are on your way to the vet while this is going on.
Take her to the vet right away. Does she have diarrhea also. She could have Parvo and needs treatment right away, or it could be nothing more than a new place, new food, nervous puppy. It would be really best to get her checked out by a vet
Call the vet! When an animal gets sick, you need to be a responsible pet owner.
Call your vet. It could be nerves, a change in diet or water, parvovirus (which will probably kill her), or a malformation of the throat or stomach. Only the vet can figure it out.
