I LOVE smugmug. It's pretty easy--those not as easy as some. They do have cutomizeable themes--you can get your own URL and basically set up your website how you like. The galleries can be password protected or even private (you just give out a private link for viewing.) I like the no-ad and no-spam thing for my customers. Their customer service is top notch. And you can take a free trial and I even found a coupon by searching for "smugmug coupon."

I've never used the other so I'm quite a bit biased towards smugmug but I think they are a great service.
