Ustedes is only used in Latin America, while Vosotros is used in Spain. When the Spaniards moved to Central America, the translations got mixed up so "Vosotros" isn't used in Latin America, but both terms have the same meaning of "you guys".
If you use ustedes you show more respect than if you use vosotros in Spain. Ustedes is more formal. Vosotros was used traditionally to speak to your friends, relatives, classmates but it's used to speak to your teachers and bosses now. Although if you use ustedes when you are speaking to your boss you are being more polite.
Vosotros is not used in Latin America. They use ustedes only.
