Hi. I been working since 17 years old. Now I am in 20s. So I been working at many places. But I always get fired because false rumors and no body wants to hear my side of story. So now I got NO job. But I am starting college soon! :-) but my whole family and friend are making fun of me and tease me and impersonate me to make fun of me! And now ever since I didn't have a job my step dad made me to volunteer to help at his work. It is EVERYDAY of the week even on Sundays! He works in real-estate so for him he usually works all day long! And now he makes me go with him and help him. And when I go I am all more nervous, worried,afraid, etc. and try to impress him and everybody. And I Don't get any money! but I been very overworked, stressed out, depressed, etc. for other reasons. I tried to explain to him and he doesn't listen! :-((((((( what should I do? how to deal? what to say to him? This is NO joke. thank you

He can't make you 'volunteer'- that's forced labor, not volunteering. Just don't go next time. Tell him "You don't get a free employee. Pay me or I'll leave." Because that is what he is doing- forcing you to work, forcing you to earn him money like he's a pimp and you're his ho. That is completely immoral.
Get another job if need be, but next time... Well, even if none of the rumors are true, there must be a reason that those rumors were spread. You may want to be a suck-up to your coworkers next time, or choose a place with very few employees that have little contact with one another. When I had a job at a plant nursery, I might have seem my coworkers 5 minutes out of a 9 hour day. That's so little time! Such a small amount of time will keep any relationship with coworkers out of the question, let alone one bitter enough to cause rumors or give a bad impression.
