for 2 weeks exactly i have been experiencing gas, bloating, discomfort in my stomach.
It seems to bother me after a meal. No other symptoms and the pain isnt sharp
For the past 2 weeks ive been eating fast food, meat, lasagna, unhealthy food for the most part..
I JUST got back from the doctors and she gave me a blood and breast test. (results in a few days) as well as listened to my stomach and felt around my stomach.
She told me it was probably my diet and i should eat bland for a week or so.
Is there anything i should worry about, what should/shouldn't i eat??

This is likely an easy fix. Each day before you eat anything, eat 1 pro biotic yogurt and wait 30 minutes before eating other food. Do this for 7-10 days. It may get worse for 2 days before getting better. The average adult has no joke 10lbs of bacteria in their digestive track. The fast food recked your natural balance. This dr just ticked me off! What dumb advice eat bland for a week? Its clearly not an ulcer lol
eat salad, eat eggs, veggies, good wheat bread, I would also take an exlax, this will help to clean you out. also for gas, it's a little nasty, but far better than any medication, take 1 heaping table spoon of baking soda, and mix it in a 6 oz glass, and drink it down. this works better than any medication,
also try drinking milk, milk is great for your stomach, also if you can handle it, red pepper, it may seem a little harsh at first, but red pepper will heal your stomach lining. it also will boost your imune system like nothing you could even imagine. also for lots of other things, and I am sure this info is there too. try earth clinic dot com. a awesome site for all sorts of things.
