In the past two months, I have gained 10 pounds. Previously, I have hovered around the weight of 120, but now I'm 130. While I know I'm not overweight, I just feel big and bulky.
Before I quit competitive swimming last year, I was around 115. I gained 5 pounds from little to no exercise which was expected. But as I randomly stepped on the weighing scales, my weight jumped 5 pounds within two days. And I simply could not get them off. I recently just started cross-country practice two days ago, meaning heavy running and core. Two days ago, I weighed 127, and now I weigh 133. I made a pact to never weigh more than 130, so obviously I need some answers as to why I'm gaining weight fast.
The past ten pounds I could tell I was getting bigger by tight pants and whatnot, but this last five pounds I actually feel skinnier?
If it makes any difference, I'm 5'6 and have grown one inch all-together in the past 2 years. Also, I'm 16.

Scales do unlike carpet or rugs. as quickly as you discover a place to place your scale, make a psychological image of the place it is. to any extent further, once you weigh yoursel, you will use this scale in this right area. Now, weigh your self as quickly as a week (or as quickly as each and every 2 weeks) on an identical day of the week, and on an identical time of day. determine you're bare once you weigh your self. ultimately, understand that the extensive type on the size isn't what's significant. What *is* significant is how that extensive type compares to the extensive type final time, and how it compares to the extensive type next time. you're searching for a technique, the two upwards or downward.
