Well, what bothers me is when someone asks a legitimate question, and she receives not one serious answer.

In fact, the only even slightly serious answer didn't even answer the question. It just tried to deny the existence of female stereotypes.

Just to set the record straight, yes, there are bad stereotypes about everyone. Men take a lot of crap. Women take a lot of crap. There are extreme sexists that should shut up. There are extreme feminists....that should also shut up.

I get annoyed when people assume I'm going to cry over every little thing when someone says something mean or dies or something. Or that all women want to get married and have children. Or that all women are manipulative. Or would be happier staying at home.

But it also annoys me when so-called "feminists" call men "stupid" and expect men to pay for their dinners or open the door or put up with all their drama (some girls have it, some girls don't).

My point here is, you have to earn respect. That goes both ways. There just needs to be more mutual respect for us to really get anywhere in the way of equality.

How about the generalization that women are oppressed victims? I find that one very upsetting.
