I bought this lawnmower and it was ridiculous to get it set up but that's another story. I need help specifically with the oil. I see where it goes but I cant get the cap unscrewed to put it in. Is there some trick to this? Also is there supposed to be any sort of liquid by the primer button? I am wondering because there is a long screw when you unscrew it and take the plastic part off there is a very small tank which is where the primer button pushes in to. Just wondering if something is supposed to be in here? I think my husband accidentally put oil in it not realizing there was a spot for oil. Will this damage the mower? Is something else supposed to be in that tiny tank? PLease help. More details: - Kmart Item# 028W025248800001 | Model# 96112008800 Thank You

The fuel filler cap is to the left ( rear) of the red primer button. There are no other tanks on this mower. Directly above the primer is the air cleaner assembly, it is NOT a tank. If you see liquid oozing out of the primer bulb you have pushed it too hard or too many times. The primer button only gets pushed 3 times before you start the mower. The oil filler should be on the other side low on the engine, just above the mower body ( deck). It unscrews counter clockwise. If you can't get it loose with your fingers you can either use a short screwdriver blade in between the two plastic nubs to force it counter clockwise or use a pair of pliers to grab both nubs and turn counter clockwise. Be sure you use the recommended oil viscosity from the owners manual and the correct amount.
