If it hurts really bad when you slightly touch it it could be Staph infection, if you have never heard of it,it is a bacterial infection that can become quite serious if not treated. Then again it might be nothing more than an ingrown hair or a non-poisonous spider bite...

i could say the exterior under your nostril is in all danger merely relatively dry and annoyed out of your chilly. merely be conscious some cool tension there (wrap an ice cube in a skinny fabric) and it would shrink the redness. however in case you don't be attentive to what this is, it is in basic terms saturday, and that i'm particularly valuable it is going to likely be long previous by ability of tuesday.

if it itches it could be a bug bite. If it is hot and numbs, it could be a blood clot. but try to not touch it and give it a few days, if it gets worse, go see your doctor
