Well, he's from Saudi Arabia, so definitely Gulf Region Colloquial Arabic. He may understand written Modern Standard Arabic. If he's hiding in the hills between Afghanistan and Pakistan like everybody thinks, he's likely to understand Farsi, Dari, Pashto or Urdu. However, it is entirely possible that he has translators with him. Also, with his many business dealings, he's likely to understand English.
Well, he would speak Classical Arabic for sure, since he was born in Saudi Arabia and also grew up in this country. He presumably would speak a more local dialect of Arabic as well, Arabian Arabic being a reasonable guess. Having lived for several years in Pakistan near the border of Afghanistan, and having been in the army that fought the Russians in Afghanistan, he probably would speak Pashto. At least one of his wives was supposed to have been from Pakistan.
He probably speaks English reasonably well, even if he pretends he does not understand it. He was photographed travelling in London, England with some siblings when he was younger. The person who took the pictures was a Spanish tourist who had befriended them for a while when they were on vacation. He must have conversed with her either in English or Spanish. Anglophones who happen to run into him would be advised to tell him dirty jokes in English until he starts laughing, if he pretends not to understand English. Jewish jokes might also elicit a reaction. I thought I had once heard he travelled in Scotland as well. I am sure he speaks English.

"According to Michael Scheuer, bin Laden claims to speak only Arabic. In a 1998 interview, he had the English questions translated into Arabic. But others, such as Rhimaulah Yusufzai and Peter Bergen, believe he understands English."
