This is my first time making ceviche, tilapia ceviche that is. I have some avocado; can I put it in with all the other ingredients to soak in the lemon juice? Will it turn brown? Is it a better idea to cut it on the side when served? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you ahead of time. :)

The lemon juice should protect it for a while. I'd say a couple hours at least. Maybe not overnight, though.
I would add it right before you serve it. You can cut it before hand and put it in a air tight container with lemon juice and then when you add to rest add just a little more lemon.
