Windows 7 startup errors?
First today when I normally started my hp laptop running windows 7 after the starting animation it would be black and I see my cursor then I can go in safe mode now I went into safe mode and was clearing virus's with norton eraser and it was like stuck deleting something forever so I logged out now it won't load normal or safe mode please help!!!!

Try a system restore. Hopefully this will solve the problem. If virus infection is suspected then download and burn a Live CD with Trinity Rescue Kit from www.trinityhome.org. Boot from this and clean the laptop. Also use Linux Live CD to boot the lap top. If this works it means that hardware part of the computer is OK.
