Stuck solenoid? Is the starter still running the entire time? Take a voltage reading across the solenoid to ensure that it opens when you release the key from the start position. If the starter isn't cranking but it isn't disengaging check the bendex spring as stated earlier.
I would think it has a broken bendix spring. Pull the starter out and open it up, you should see the spring. The spring returns the drive gear back once the engine starts.

It is your bendix/ spring They come to gather for about $10.00 at advance
After you remove your starter you will loosen two bolts on the front
of the starter.tap on cover on top the tin cover will come off remove
the 1/4"pin The nose will slide off. remove C clip and the bendix spring will come off.clean up shaft and parts in stall new one and reassemble.
be sure to keep front cover in place so that the brushes don't slip off the
armature.Or by a new starter for about $70.00 they have repair manuals
for about $10.00 that will show you step by step how to do this
2 things can be wrong
1 spring in starter bad weak or broken
2 starter relay hanging up , in 93 they use a Solenoid, there may be two of them one on starter and/or one mounted under hood
