I don't always get my period on the exact same date every month but I do always get it at the end of the month , this past month I didn't get it at all and it's the first time I've missed my period , for the past 3 days my nipples have been really sore and they look darker also I feel a little nausea at times. I did take a pregnancy test about a week ago but it came out negative .. Could I still be pregnant ? If so , how long should I wait before testing again?. That was my first sign. .. Your hormones being in overdrive causes the colour change and sensativity. Most likely explination is pregnancy, if you only missed one peroid its likely your only 4 weeks. If the test is negative wait a week and test again to be sure. Good luck
