Since you are on a budget, I won't suggest you high price card. Basically, this deck is working pretty well, BUT you need AT LEAST 2 Gold Sarcophagus to increase your chance to get future fusion or other cards. Remove Dragon Ravine, one light and darkness dragon, all Axe Dragonute, all troop dragon, Dragonic Knight, Seven Tools of the Bandit. Add two exploder dragon, another Koa'ki Meiru Dragon, another Vice dragon, another stardust dragon, Genesis dragon, 2 trap stun, 2 dimensional prison, torrential tribute. I didn't suggest you some better cards that cost nearly $30, $40, for example: clear vice dragon...etc,
