Mixing different pickups?
Would it be possible to take a Dean Dimerazorback and put a Rockfield pickup in the neck and a pickup by another company say maybe seymour duncan in the bridge and still have it sound good?

that's all a matter of personal taste. an early guitar i had (and played many shows with) had a seymour duncan on the neck and a dimarzio humbucker on the bridge
