Ok, first of all, get him off the sand. It can cause impaction in a bearded dragon. Use reptile carpet, non-adhesive shelf liner or paper towels.
From your description, there is really no way I can tell you what is wrong. I don't know what your tank set-up is like. Check the temps under his basking light. A soak in warm water might help him poop, but in order for him to digest properly, he needs the proper temps in his cage. Also, was the cricket very LARGE? Don't feed them any insect that is larger than the space between their eyes. Good Luck!
If he is still acting ill and lethargic tomorrow, call a vet.
put him on rept-carpet, lino, paper towel, kitchen roll, tiles NOT SAND!!!!
and bad description but take it to a vet as it sounds serious if he cant hold his head up
was the cricket bigger than his head and got stuck?
