one swollen gland?
I have one swollen gland on the left side of my neck. It hurts when I yawn and occasionally i can feel tension there when I turn my head to left. It s slightly visible in certain light when I tilt my head back when I look up but it s just not going away and I don t have a cold or anything .. What could it be?

It seems like it's not too big an issue if it only hurts at those times.
If you were recently sick, or have had some form of accident, it could just still be irritated or swollen because of that and you might not need to be concerned.
However, if you have dealt with nothing like that and the problem persists, you might want to visit a doctor.
