Pain in lower right abdomen?
Last night , I got a really bad pain throughout my whole stomach but the pain was mainly at my lower right abdomen around my hip bone and I started to vomit. I did not sleep at all and I began to get sick again this morning. The pain stayed all day and it gets worse when I cough , laugh , sneeze or walk and when I inhale . I'm planning on going to the doctor first thing tomorrow morning but could it be appendicitis ?

You are having pretty distressing symptoms. You should go to the Emergency Room tonight to have it checked out. It might be something that needs immediate attention from a doctor. If you can't get to an Emergency Room yourself, call the EMTs at 911. I'm sure they'll agree that you should be seen. Feel better. : )
