My mum is getting married on the 7th, and I have both a step brother and step sister who i don't get along with at all. The step sister is in her third year college, well technically she's failed 2 or 3 of her college years and she does lsd, and hash, and weed and stuff. My step brother is one year older than me and he does weed and hash.
The main issue is my step sister. When my mother and step father were having problems, she texted my mother saying some really rude things and I replied saying some really rude things back. After that she shut up. But everytime i'm over at my mum's to visit, she always pops in and says things like 'Why are you always here?' and when she's about to leave I say 'Bye Junkie'.
I know it's not that big a thing and I can deal with it, I just wanted to know if there was a way I can get her to shut up for good.

I think you have to draw a line under your first quarrel and not perpetuate it. You were rude once; no need to be rude again. There's certainly no need to draw attention to her drug habits by calling her "Junkie". She knows now what you think of drugs!
If you calm down and speak pleasantly to her, she might reciprocate by being pleasant to you. If she doesn't, that's her problem and not yours. No, there isn't a way you can "make her shut up." She sounds like a person with plenty of problems, so don't take them personally.
... have you consult to your mom and dad about the has and stuff? i mean it would really help.
and second of all... dear, to get a long with a new family member is not that easy. it takes time and several magical moments to really get along.You can't just shut her up for good, because she is on her process accepting you too.
just understand both of the sides. and, if its more than enough for you.. let your mom know and get involve.
