Rubber Band Launcher?
For my physics class we have to build a launcher that can launch a rubber bank at least 10m, this launcher cannot be more than 50 cm in any direction, we will be shooting the rubber band 3 times at 3 different angles
Me and my partner have the whole design any everything, but we need something that will let us adjust the angles vertically, if anyone has any idea's to how we can do it, please let me know

Poke a pencil through the tube tape the pencil perpendicular to some support base. The pencil is cylindrical and should allow rotation.
Why would you want to change angle, though? If you want to get the biggest distance when launching any projectile, the angle should always be 45 degrees.
Coat hangers! Shape a wire one like a giant paperclip. The paperclip is your best weapon! lol I really miss rubber band wars.
