Sudden strength decline...?

Hello guys, so lately I noticed I got much weaker... In like a span of a 1 month drastically down.

So I used to be really buff. I have not lost visible muscles but it seems so hard to do anything. Like I can only do 10 less of the push-ups I used to be able too. Me and my buddies used to play arm wrestling I would usually beat them. Yesterday I lost with a easy match for my friend. At gymnastics it was hard to be to hold my own body weight on the rings. I am really scared. I am pretty young, this should not be happening. And I have been working out. It is really weird

Update:

I have noticed I am extremely better at running too, I have heard running is reduces Strengh
