My favorite desert is the biggest one, the South Pole, just because my brother helps out with research there. It's a pretty dry and windy place. My favorite dessert is actually dinner salad with some kind of sweet dressing like French or honey mustard. Yep, I eat my salad after the meal, not before. I don't know when I started doing that, like 12 or something, but somehow it seems to make sense, though the servers rarely agree.

Any lemon related desserts such as lemon curd or lemon cheesecake, I like key lime pie as well but in moderation.
