Im not sure you can still find an Evo 9 as there werent any produced in the 2007 model year, so the only one you could find is an 06. The trims are RS, IX, IX SE, and MR. The RS is the stripped version and doesnt have any comfort features like power windows. The IX has some comfort features as well as a rear spoiler and EBD. The SE has HID headlights, foglights, and specially stitched RECARO seats. The MR would be my choice, it has alluminium BBS wheels, a six speed gearbox, Bilstein shocks, alluminum roof, and vortex generator on the roof to increase downforce.
The stripped down version is meant for racing. The IX is the most common. The MR is the rally car in a box. Personal taste should prevail when buying a car, as they are all pretty much the same mechanically. As an added note: the vortex generator is an option on the MR, not all of them have one.
