Whenever I start up windows with all programs, I get an error saying that rpcqt.dll could not be found under C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Temp, or something near that. I narrowed it down to a specific startup program in system configuration called "Video Library" and the .exe is located under c:\windows\system32. There lies my problem. I'm wondering if I can reinstall Video Library from microsoft or something to fix this problem of the error coming up. Btw under system configuration, the manufacturer says "Unkown" but i checked online and a lot of people say it is from Microsoft.

Rpcqt.dll belongs to a clocked malware written by some super geeks. It is hovering the web for years yet most anti-virus programmes and anti-malware programmes have trouble detecting it. Its full capability is yet unknown.
Rundll32.exe is the windows process launching dll files. Somehow your antivirus programe or you have removed the rpcqt.dll file. Rundll32.exe is too stupid to know it is a malware. Because of the still running malware process or the registry entries, you are getting the error.
Steps can be vary, try each.
- Run a full virus/malware scan with a uptodate antivirus software.
- Remove the registry entries related to rpcqt.dll.
Start > Run > type "regedit" >
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Current Version > Run and RunOnce
Delete video library from there.
At this point error msg should get change or stop. But the virus is still inside, so do the following too.
- Make sure these files are gone.
C:\Users\'User Name'\AppData\Local\Temp
\Rpcqt.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Rundll32.exe
(Original rundll32.exe is in windows folder don't delete it)

Blue screens are common problems for computers using all operating systems from Win XP to Win 7. Blue screens are signs that the operating system installed on the computer is corrupted due to some reasons that are software issues. To solve these problems, it is recommended to perform a general restore of the computer. For that operation (restore), recovery discs are needed. If you don't have recovery discs, you can order them from the manufacturer if you know the model number, the serial number and the product number of the computer...Insert recovery CD and press F12 to choose whether you want to start your computer from CD or Hard drive..Choose CD and follow the installation wizard...All your data will be deleted though! Hope that helped!
