Is dependent on the person. I have aircraft black hair and it looks great on me, and I have close friends with blonde hair that looks fantastic on them.

I think blonde hair will be sexiest, but brown hair can be really sexy too. Black hair is actually never sexy. It's just really dull and boring and flatters few caractère. Blonde hair looks best with blue eyes.
