wedding reception under tent?
im having my reception under a tent and i was wondering when do they take it down? the partys going to end like at 3-4am and im pretty sure they wont wake up at 4am to take down a tent. its going to be a big backyard wedding so i was wondering if they will leave it there with the tables and chairs untill the next day or do they take it all as soon as its over?

If you rent the tent for 8 hours, they will take it down in 8 hours.
Event rentals are booked back to back on weekends, I'm sure that they will have another wedding the next day and they have to pick it up and set it up elsewhere the next day bright an early.

All rental companies will be different. Ours pur the tent up on Wednesday and took it down on Monday for a Saturday wedding. They had a lot of weddings that weekend and knew we wouldn't mind having it up early.

When will who take it down? The tent faeries? They might be up until 4am, so it's possible. If you are having someone set up and take down your reception area for you, however, you could probably ask them. I bet they would know.
In all likelihood, it will stay up until the next day.
You will have to arrange it with your rental company but the vast majority of the time everything is taken down the next day.
Discuss it with your rental company and read your contract very well!
