My wife has black spots (small dots under all of her toes nails on both feet) under her toe nails. She has had them for a few weeks now. No pain. She is not sick or showing any signs of illness. She is Asian (if that helps at all). She is very healthy, eats well and exercises every day, etc. She saw her doctor. The doctor doesn't seem to know what it is. Anyone have any thoughts what it may be?
