I got hired in as a full time employee, but I don't get full time hours. A full time employee in this company get 30 hours a week, but I haven't reach that since I've been hired in. Before I was claiming underemployment because I wasn't considered a full time employee (a substitute), but now that I am. Can I still get my underemployment benefits? I don't want to get in trouble, so if any body got any answers I thank you in advance.
