okay, so im the fattest girl on the team. the only people heavier are the boys(theres about 10 people on the squad). my coach wants everyone to fly, but i KNOW im too heavy for our boys. I also need to get in better shape, get more upper body strength and stuff like that.
i mainly base, and im not strong AT ALL. if i could lift more weight, that would be awesome! i've got strong leg muscles, so that helps some, but my arms are SO weak.
ALSO, i would love to be able tofly. our practices arent that hard, we usually only run abuot 3/4 of a mile, and do abs for a minute and arms for a minute.
SO my question is: what are some excersizes i can do at home, and what can i do to lose more weight?
BACKGROUND: i had hpyerthyroid, so bsicly my motablolism was really fast, and i ate alot and still stayed really thin. but now, im hypothyroid, so my metabolism is super slow (yes, im taking medecation) and i gained about 30 pounds becase i still eat as much as i used to. i weigh 150 pounds rightnow. UGH

In most issues of american cheerleader there r tonsss of exercises 2 do!! so u should look there. also if u practice flying skills on the ground with body positions its a work out, im a flyer. dancing is a great work out 2. turn up ur fav song and just dance 4 fun!! :) hope this helps!!
go to the gym, work on running and lifting weights
