Unidentified space being taken up...?
I have the GS3(32GB) and it says that I have about 13GB available. Apps, photos, Firmware, etc take maybe 5GB (Take another 2GB away for hardware). My SD (External) is fine, but the Internal still says 13GB Available out of 32GB.
My question is, what is happening, and how can i get the space back? (Assuming its not apps and other accessible files)

the biggest space taker-uppers are games (some downloads top 1GB these days) music, and videos.
the OS itself will take up about 5GB of space
not sure how the S3 works, but on my phone, it tells me what is using up the most space, tapping on that will take you to an application to remove these things.
