Okay, I'm turning 15 next month, around 133 lbs, and 6 feet tall. I have gained nearly 20 lbs of muscle in this early April, then I hit the plateau all summer; it's über aggravating. So, I wanna try to gain 20 more lbs of muscle by the end of this year (my goal is 150 lbs).
Thus, I've thought 'bout takin' anabolic steroids, but decided not to due to legal issues, and turned to non-anabolic steroids/prohormones. But I heard they stunt your growth, which is the part I'm kinda confused at. When they say "stunting growth", do they mean the bone length? Or the density of the bone? 'Cause honestly, I wouldn't mind too much if my bones didn't get *longer*, but I'd want them to get thicker. I just need clarification on that.
Addition info, I have a weight training class in school and at I workout pretty much the same at home, I take a glass of creatine before and after and I take a protein shake sometime after (many times before bed) when I'm at home. I also take a multivitamin pill daily (if I can remember :P) along with these meal-replacement protein bars I take for my 2nd snack around 5pm. I usually eat around 5 - 6 meals a day.
If you guys have any recommendations how to gain muscle fast (don't say it's impossible, if I gained 20 lbs then, I'm sure I can do it again.. plus, nothing's impossible ;]), please don't hesitate to tell me. And if you don't think I should take prohormones at such a young age, also tell me. But if you think it won't matter, bother telling me which I should take? I'm thinkin' 'bout m-drol or h-drol, but whatever works..
I hope this wasn't too much :P
Regards,
Jordan
Update:@Jhon Not to be crude, but I've seen you post that in nearly every health-related question..

Protein shakes are awesome for adding weight. The problem here is, you're probably not getting enough fat in your diet. when I'm bulking, or when one of my clients is bulking, I suggest adding one or two tablespoons of olive oil to the protein shake. I usually have 4 protein drinks each day, along with 4 full meals. In order to put on muscle, you need at least 30% of your diet to come from fats, good fats, like mono or poly unsaturated fats like flax seed oil or olive oil. Neither of them taste bad when mixed with your protein shake. The rule of thumb in bulking is 2 grams of protein for every pound of your bodyweight. If you are 100 pounds, you should be eating 200 grams of protein.
Make sure your diet contains 30% of calories from complex carbs like whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, red potatos, and such. The other 30% should be from the poly or mono unsaturated fats, and 40% from protein.
One more idea I like to give to young fellas like you is to eat a steak or chicken breast along with a baked potato right before bed. You could also have a big protein shake right before bed. This will help feed your muscles while you sleep. Muscles pretty much only grow while you are sleeping. This is why pro bodybuilders sleep 12-16 hours a day.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, slam another big protein shake or have a big breakfast to feed that growing muscles.
foodstuff performs such an extreme functionality in our lives, or perhaps even though it’s certainly one of our worst enemies as top. It takes almost no longer something for a healthful weight loss plan plan to coach into one that packs on the pounds or reasons wellbeing issues! alter this with Metabolic Cooking and make the foodstuff a chum and not an enemy.
to gain 20 pounds of muscle in one month is impossible

also protein drinks are a scam also
