I went to McDonalds drive thru with my friends and Kate who was driving ordered something and paid for it but then they told her it wasn't available anymore so she ordered a chicken burger instead and they told us to wait in the waiting bay and my friend said 'Better not take too long our fries will get cold' and it sounded really rude lol anyway the girl came out, practically shoved the bag in the window and said 'have a nice life' like really angrily =S And my friends like 'Omg I bet that slut spit in my burger!' XD
Personally I think it serves her right for being rude lol but ew right?

So you're accusing them of spitting in a burger even thought you don't know for sure and have no evidence of this? That's not good. First get proof.
Also, if your friend was afraid of their fries getting cold, then why not just eat them up or have the entire order brought out with your McChicken? Why give one part of the order and make you wait for another part of it? An order is supposed to come in a bag, all in one individual order. Your story has flaws.
first ingredient i'd do is contact the owner of the area. McDonalds is a franchise, meaning its owned & operated by using a private entity (one individual, various human beings, a kin, etc.), no longer McDonalds themselves. If the owner is as incompetent as that so-noted as "manager", then i'd contact McDonalds company and/or contact the U.S. health branch place of work on your section. even if, I heavily doubt the owner(s) of this franchise area needs that happening in his or her eating position (pondering the vast sum of money you want to purchase & own a McDonalds franchise eating position presently). the owner(s) will surely hearth both one in each of them, and hiya, it would grant a promoting chance for you.
Well, you don't even know if they did spit in your burger. YOu just thnk they did. But if they did...yeah, your friend deserves it. Does she have self esteem issues or something? Usually people who put down others, or demean what they do are only trying to prop themselves up. Quite sad.
McDonald's would never do that, they only hire the cream of the crop employees and are professionally trained in these matters. Enjoy your life.
I think she got what she deserved. But yes that is gross! Two wrongs don't make a right...
Putting bodily fluids in someone's food is a felony--at least in my state.
That is definitely gross, however just be glad that she didn't give her a sneeze burger instead.
That's just plain nasty.
maybe you could try sueing them for millions like the coffee case if you hate it so much!
When I was 16 i used to work there, and they have cameras EVERYWHERE! So im sure they didn't...
Yum.
