My mom got approved through student loans.gov for her credit check, but I asked for a RIDICULOUSLY large amount of money hoping they would deny her, but they didn't. When student loans sent her their approval, they said it was based on her credit and that my college will determine how much I receive in loans.
I am hoping for a denial because my mom does not want to take out another plus loan and if I get denied I get another 4,000 in Stafford loans.

College will not deny her since she was approved for parent plus
you will not get the additional stafford loan amount
you need to come up with "plan B" to pay for that portion of your education if your mom isn't going to take out that parent plus loan
do you have a job?
No which you can just name the financial support administrative center and inform them your dad or mum used to be denied and ask if you could get another kind of loan to cover it like more scholar loans (Stafford, Perkins) or they would offer work be taught. You certainly not get federal aid cash immediately, it goes into your university account. The college will charge you for training, fees, room and board for those who dorm. They will first use the offers in your university acount and then loans to pay these expenditures. Then any left over is refunded to you for books and expenditures. You get federal support by semester.
Very unlikely.
